Issues #235, #236, #237, #241, #242, #245, #246 are housekeeping issues that only close other housekeeping issues in circular chains. They produce no code and block real work from entering the pipeline.

  • Close issues #235, #236, #237, #241, #242, #245, #246 with comment: 'Closed: housekeeping loop — no code changes needed'
  • Close #160 and #168 (PR workflow automation duplicating #122 scope)
  • Close associated PRs #238, #239, #240, #243, #244, #224, #230 that only execute housekeeping commands
  • Verify pipeline capacity freed for real feature work

Closed 2026-04-10 during pipeline triage.

Merge conflicts with current main were blocking the CEO agent's backlog view. Reopen / resubmit against current main if the work is still relevant — CEO now injects open issues/PRs into its prompt and avoids duplicating.
