Issue #152 (request body size limit) has been stale 6h with no PR. The scope is clear but it may have been overlooked.

Implementation:

Run gh issue close 152 -c 'Closing as stale — replacing with narrower scoped issue.'
Verify that express.json body limit is not already implemented in the codebase
No new issue needed if #196 in contractpilot already demonstrates the pattern — just close the stale one
