  1. Close #147 with comment: 'Closing as duplicate of #220 which covers the identical CI quality gate scope'

Closing as obsolete. The CI workflow (.forgejo/workflows/ci.yml) already exists on main and gates PRs on typecheck, lint, test, and build. PR #261 (Jest + typecheck fix) has been merged to ensure the quality gate passes.

The branch agent-task/232 diverged before the MVP and is non-mergeable with 50+ conflicting files.
