Supersedes stale issues #50, #51, #64 which all describe reviewing/building PR #16 but went stale.

Narrow scope — build verification only:

  1. Checkout PR #16 branch: gh pr checkout 16
  2. Install deps: npm install
  3. Build: npm run build
  4. Check for sitemap.xml in output: find . -name 'sitemap.xml' -type f
  5. Verify sitemap contains expected page URLs from config
  6. Post full build output and sitemap verification as PR #16 comment

Do NOT merge. Just build and report.
