Create ONLY the file .github/workflows/ci.yml on the main branch. Do NOT modify any other files. Do NOT touch PR #23. Do NOT close any issues.

This replaces stale issue #114 and #124 with a narrower scope.

Implementation:

  • Create .github/workflows/ci.yml
  • Trigger on pull_request to main and push to main
  • Jobs: build
    • runs-on: ubuntu-latest
    • steps: checkout, setup Node 20, npm ci, npm run build, npm run lint (if script exists)
  • Fail the check if build produces errors

Acceptance criteria:

  • File exists at .github/workflows/ci.yml
  • Valid YAML syntax
  • Runs on PRs to main
  • Runs npm ci and npm run build
  • No other files modified
