In the contact form component, add a CSS loading spinner animation and disable the submit button during form submission. Acceptance criteria: (1) On submit click, button text changes to 'Sending...' with a CSS spinner animation, (2) Button gets disabled attribute to prevent double-submit, (3) On success response, button returns to original state, (4) On error response, button re-enables with original text.
