  1. Clone the VTS repo fresh: git clone https://github.com/pook/vision-tech-solutions.git /tmp/vts-check
  2. Checkout PR #19 branch: gh pr checkout 19
  3. Run npm ci
  4. Run npm run build
  5. If build succeeds AND tests pass: merge the PR with gh pr merge 19 --squash
  6. If build fails: post the EXACT error output as a comment on PR #19 and close this issue
