PR #782 adds POST /api/billing/portal for subscription management. This is revenue-blocking. Checkout the branch, review: (1) does it call Stripe's customer portal API correctly, (2) is the route behind requireAuth, (3) does it handle missing subscription gracefully, (4) are errors returned without PII.
