Verify: (1) migration creates stripe_customers and stripe_subscriptions tables with correct columns, (2) has proper foreign keys to users table, (3) includes rollback/down migration, (4) migration is idempotent. This blocks all billing features. Run migration on test DB, verify schema, merge if correct.
