Recently merged PRs (#777, #656) plus 9 open PRs mean main branch health is uncertain. Verify before next merge wave.

Steps:

Clone pook/compliancebot, checkout main, pull latest
Run npm ci && npm test
Report exact test count and pass/fail numbers
If ALL tests pass — post a comment on issue #912 with the results (test count, pass rate)
If ANY test fails — read the failing test file and its source module, identify root cause, push a fix to a new branch, open a PR

Do NOT report 'done' until you have actual test output. Attach the test run output.

Acceptance: Either (a) all tests pass with output posted, or (b) failing test identified and fix PR opened.
