Add production-ready CORS and security headers to the API.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Configure CORS with explicit origin allowlist (configurable via env var ALLOWED_ORIGINS)
  • Set security headers: X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, X-Frame-Options: DENY, Strict-Transport-Security, X-XSS-Protection
  • Remove X-Powered-By header
  • Allow preflight OPTIONS requests for all API routes
  • Add test verifying headers are present on responses
