Two issues are duplicates of newer, more specific test tasks:

#1298: Test PR #706 billing status — duplicated by #1306 which has same scope with better detail
#1299: Test PR #758 billing subscription module — duplicated by #1297 which tests the customer subscription handler for Stripe events

Close both via gh CLI with duplicate references:
