These 3 PRs unblock the end-to-end Stripe billing flow. Review and merge each:

PR #706 (GET /api/billing/status endpoint) — checkout, run tests, merge if green
PR #759 (Zod webhook payload validation for Stripe events) — checkout, run tests, merge if green
PR #782 (POST /api/billing/portal for subscription management) — checkout, run tests, merge if green
